ID CONTEST!

So, I was browsing the frontpage just now, and realised that our ID is a little out of date. It's awesome, (thanks to ~mermaidkitty who made it!) but ~deathly-mage no longer makes avatars, and there are plenty more iconists!

We want you to make us an ID! The green and black deviantART colour scheme is welcomed, although so are a lot of other things! Use your imagination! Just don't break any of the policies etc while you're at it

All we ask is please, do not put names of iconists into the ID, because if anyone decides to leave, or new people join, the names will be wrong.

Prizes:

~vix4711 will make an avatar for you, a friend or group of your choice!
3 month subscription from ~rainbowtohell!
A link to your userpage will be in the journal for as long as the ID is used for.

Once we have a sufficient amount of submissions (current entries: 4), we'll set an end date, then the voting can begin! Our iconists may enter, if they wish, but we want to make it very clear that there will be no biased involved.

HELP WANTED!

Can you make avatars? Do you have community spirit? Then we need you!

The avatar list is getting longer and longer and we're having less and less time to make them in! We're looking for another artist (or several artists) to help out.

If you would like to help out (it would be much appreciated!) send a note with some examples of avatars you've made. We'll go through all the notes received and decide who gets to join the community!

NB: If you do not have any examples of your avatars, you are unlikely to be chosen. You can still note me and we'll have a look through your gallery, but just to make you aware..

We expect all our avatars to be as close to the specifications presented by the requestees as is feasibly possible.

If you do end up joining, then fail to participate to create the avatars, you risk the possibility of being replaced -- unless you have a good excuse. If you think you don't have the time to work on the avatars, we would suggest not entering.

ALL the avatars are free, we ask for nothing in return! You can request your own by note with a description, or you can browse the gallery for public avatars! (see Rules & Regulations)

Please send a note letting us know what you'd like! If you aren't sure, just send any ideas you have, however brief, and we'll do our best to please you!

Please try not to leave requests on the front page, as they may not get read and get lost as more and more messages come in.

RULES and Regulations
Only avatars marked 'Free' are available, and it would be much appreciated if you would note or comment on the avatar before taking it, so we can ensure the avatar doesn't get chosen by more than one deviant.

We ask for nothing in return, although a small thank you note or comment would be much appreciated!
